Return Policy

Our goal is to provide customers with timely service in the event a return is necessary. We recommend that you carefully read the following notes detailing our return policy:

Returns are not accepted on any item that has been used, registered, and/or onboarded.

Moke, Honor LSV, Oreion, and Radinn are not able to be returned for any reason.

Only unused items in their original form and packaging are able to be considered for return.

Returns must be approved by Carolina Rides and must be labeled and shipped to the address specified by Carolina Rides.

Returns of non-defective merchandise must be returned unused in the original packaging, within 5 days of purchase.

Defective merchandise will be repaired or replaced at manufacturers’ discretion.

Product must be returned no more than 5 days after a Return Authorization Number is issued.

Cancellations after order has shipped are subject to all Fees.

Prior Authorization

Carolina Rides does not accept any return without a valid Return Authorization Number. Please call 844.378.6663 for a Return Authorization Number.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the all shipping fees, including those to the customer and returning to our warehouse.  Customer is responsible for all packaging of products and packaging materials necessary.  We highly recommend customer purchases insurance on the return shipment.

Re-stocking Fee

Customer will be charged a 25% re-stocking Fee for returned items.  Any damages and missing accessories will be deducted based on their retail value.

Refund Processing Time

All credits will be processed within 2 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Provided all the return policy conditions above are met. (Processing may be slightly extended during the holiday season).

Eligible for Return

Custom built, Special Orders, Moke, Honor LSV, Oreion, Radinn, or any other product marked “non-returnable” are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Carolina Rides makes every attempt to keep product pictures, content and specifications up to date but vendors continually make changes to products that may or may not be reflected on the site.  Carolina Rides commits to ship the latest product available direct to you.  Carolina Rides does not accept returns for minor variances in specifications or features that differ from the website pictures or content.
